    I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes here. This has been my go to urgent care for a long time. I have a feeling all the bad reviews were caught on bad days. I deal with strep several times a year and can never get into the doctors right away and they are always great with getting my test done, getting my medication and getting me back home to bed. They are always polite and sympathetic. I haven’t had a rude nurse or doctor there.

    This place blows. Have been here for 2 hours and have not even gone back and seen yet. In 2 hours, only 2 people have been seen and it is at least another hour once you get called back. This place, as well as anything affiliated with UMMC is a joke!!!! If you have the time seek alternative options.
